Gosca provides a range of technology services including device repairs (phones, laptops, TVs, monitors), software solutions & support, on-site Call Out services, Tech Support (remote and on-site), CCTV & security solutions, website design & development, digital marketing packages, and custom business solutions.
Yes. In line with the Consumer Protection Act (Section 57), we provide a minimum 3-month warranty on new or reconditioned parts installed during a repair, as well as the labour to install them. We may offer a longer warranty on certain repairs — this will be clearly stated on your invoice.
The warranty covers defects in the parts we installed and the workmanship related to that specific repair. It does not cover:;
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or liquid damage after the repair
Ordinary wear and tear
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Software problems not related to the hardware repair performed
For goods, you generally have 6 months from delivery to return defective goods and choose repair, replacement, or refund.
For services, if the service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, you may request that we remedy the defect or receive a reasonable price reduction.

Most common repairs (screens, batteries, software issues) can be completed within 1–3 working days, depending on parts availability. More complex repairs may take longer. Yes. Many software and configuration issues can be resolved remotely. We use secure methods and will always explain the process before connecting to your device.
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We only collect information necessary to provide our services, keep it secure, and do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the service or by law. CCTV footage and device data are handled confidentially.
We accept EFT, cash, and major card payments. Payment terms will be confirmed when you book a service or purchase a package.
Yes. We provide clear quotes after diagnosis (and before any paid work begins on more complex jobs). No work is carried out without your approval.
We are based in Bloemfontein and primarily serve the city and surrounding areas in the Free State. On-site Call Out availability depends on location and will be confirmed when you book.
